Who we are and what we offer

AE STUDIO SPACE designs websites, runs paid advertising and SEO, implements Google Workspace, automates operations, and migrates hosting onto Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and comparable stacks. The Site provides company information and ways to contact us.

Browsing the Site does not create a client engagement. Paid projects, subscriptions, and managed services are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement when we enter one with you.

Separate products and third-party services

Some projects linked from the Site (for example consumer apps, research tools, or client platforms) run on their own domains or paths and may have separate terms, privacy notices, sign-in, or billing. Your use of those services is governed by their own policies and agreements — not only these Site Terms.

Enquiries and proposals

Information on the Site is general and may change. Quotes, timelines, and scope shared by email or proposal are estimates until confirmed in writing. We may decline work that is unlawful, unsafe, or outside our capacity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any unlawful way or to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
• scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation;
• misrepresent your affiliation with AE STUDIO SPACE.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, content on the Site — including branding, copy, visuals, and software — is owned by or licensed to AE STUDIO SPACE. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content except where we explicitly permit it (for example open-source repositories or materials we share under a separate licence).

Client deliverables and ownership of custom work are defined in the relevant service agreement for that engagement.

Disclaimers

The Site and any public demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content is for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Results from AI or automation depend on your data, processes, and how systems are used.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AE STUDIO SPACE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from relying solely on Site content. Liability for paid services is as set out in the applicable service agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
