Conversation first.

01 / THE CHALLENGE
The intelligence behind a product only matters when people can understand what to do with it.
For an independent AI startup, we designed and developed a product experience that brings conversations and supporting knowledge into one clear flow. The challenge was to make a complex service legible: what the user asked, what information matters, and what happens next.
The interface keeps those relationships visible. Motion helps explain each transition, while the content remains the focus.
02 / A SYSTEM, NOT A SINGLE SCREEN
Start with the person’s question. Keep the request and the answer in one continuous reading path.
Give supporting knowledge its own quiet space. Bring the relevant source forward at the moment it is needed.
Use movement to connect states and focus attention. Leave enough stillness for people to read and decide.
A modular pixel motif moves from separate pieces to connected knowledge. Warm paper, dark ink and a restrained violet accent give the product a calm, recognisable voice.
The answer arrives with the context that supports it.

03 / FROM DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT
Product design and development were treated as one continuous piece of work.
A consistent hierarchy for conversations, knowledge and responses, with clear states and purposeful transitions.
Conversation cards, source previews, controls and status indicators form a shared language across the experience.
The same story adapts from a spacious desktop view to a focused sequence on a smaller screen.
Keyboard controls, explicit playback and reduced-motion states keep the experience usable at a person’s own pace.
